  1. For the Water Needed Calculators (both stand-alone and imbedded brewing session), the evaporation rate can now be set (From The System Settings) as a % Per Hour (default) or as Gallons Per Hour (Liters Per Kg for metric). This allows for a much more flexible (and possibly more accurate) system of evaporation rates.

  2. For the Water Needed Calculators (both stand-alone and imbedded brewing session), the grain absorbency rate can now be set in the System Defaults. Again this allows for a much more flexible (and possibly more accurate) system of determining grain absorption.

  3. In a brewing session, Fermentation Specifics, choosing QTS or LBS for the amount of starter pitched would cause the printouts to get messed up in various places, and the amount pitched not to be printed at all. This has been fixed.

  4. Due to popular request, the ability to import full water profile files within a brewing session has been enabled. Also the ability to save the profile as a file from within the brewing session.

  5. In a brewing session, when using the Simple Mash scheduler, Infusion temp amounts were not being properly converted to Metric/American. If you use American measures you would never know, but Metric brewers would see in-correct infusion amounts and temps. This problem did not exist in the Complex Mash Designer.
