Databases, Grain/Extract/Sugar

The Malt Database (grain/extract/sugar/other) is where all fermentable ingredients are placed. ProMash allows for grain property entry using malt lot analysis obtained from the malster, or homebrewer nomenclature (pppg).


A Malt Database Entry:



The ProMash "Grind Matrix" lets the brewer enter the required yield variables (to determine potential) from any malster's lot analysis sheet, for any individual grain the brewer is using.
