ProMash Tour - Mash Schedules
In ProMash, Mash Schedules can be one of two types: The Simple Mash Schedule or the Complex Mash Schedule. The Simple Mash Schedule is designed for all grain (or partial mash) brewers doing simple mashes. The Complex Mash Designer (which is the same as the stand-alone Mash Designer) will allow for custom entries of any mash schedule, from single infusion to triple decoctions. Both the Simple and Complex Mash Designer allow you to graph your mash schedule and print or save them as JPG image files. (Note that infusion amounts and temps with the simple mash schedule will only be available when the recipe is moved into a Brewing Session). |
