The Edit Ingredients section in a brewing session is identical to the
stand-alone Recipe section in ProMash, with one exception; the Mash Schedule
option is absent from the main ingredients screen as it has been moved to the
main Brewing Session screen. The Edit Ingredients Screen contains all the
information about the recipe itself, the ingredients used, amounts and sizes,
yeast types and the desired water profile, extra Ingredients and recipe notes.
Note that modifying the recipe's ingredients within a brewing session will
not affect the original recipe! ProMash makes a local copy of the recipe
inside the brewing session. This way, you can make minor modifications to the
recipe (as unexpected things can happen on brew day) without worrying
about making unwanted to changes to original recipe. If you decide you want to
save the changes as a new stand-alone recipe file, use the Save-As button.
