Like Recipes, Brewing Session in ProMash may have one of two types of Mash Schedules: The Simple Mash Schedule or the Complex Mash Schedule. The Simple Mash Schedule is designed for all grain brewers doing simple mashes. The Complex Mash Designer (which is the same as the stand-alone Mash Designer) will allow for custom entries of any mash schedule, from single infusion to triple decoctions. Both the Simple and Complex Mash Designer allow you to graph your mash schedule and print or save them as JPG image files.

Note that in the simple Mash Schedule, infusion amounts and temperatures only come into play when a recipe is imported into a brewing session, and there are additional fields for these values. Additionally both Schedule types have additional fields to record the gravity of runnings.
