The Fermentation Specifics screen is where you enter information about the yeast, how much was pitched, how long primary and secondary fermentation lasted and in what type of vessels the wort was fermented in, etc. It is also were you enter the recorded actuals for Original and Final Gravity. Actuals can be entered by Hydrometer and/or refractometer.
