Stand-alone Calculators, Refractometer - Raw Wort Gravity
Stand-alone Refractometer Utilities are accessed through the main menu:
The Raw Wort Refractometer Utility lets you determine the gravity value (in SG and Plato) if a refractometer reading, which can be in either Brix, Zeiss or RI units (Brix is the most common measurement type for brewers). The Raw Wort Gravity Calculator is also imbedded into recipes and brewing sessions wherever a Raw-Wort gravity value might be entered. |
