Stand-alone Calculators, Water Profile

So you'd like to match a water profile of a particular beer or city, where do you start? Well, first you will need to know the water chemistry of the water you are trying to match. ProMash ships with many profiles that represent famous or well known water types. Next you are going to need to adjust your water to match the desired profile. This is the were the water profiler comes into play.

All you do is pick the profile you want to match, then pick your water type (which you can enter into the water databases once you receive a profile report from your local water supplier) and use the different fields to match the profile (or come as close as possible). After you match the profile, you can then use the "Mash And Sparge Totals" button to see just how much of each item you will need in your mash and sparge water.

The Water Profiler is also imbedded into Brewing Sessions.
