So you'd like to match a water profile of a particular beer or city,
where do you start? Well, first you will need to know the water chemistry of
the water you are trying to match. ProMash ships with many profiles that
represent famous or well known water types. Next you are going to need to
adjust your water to match the desired profile. This is the were the water
profiler comes into play. |
