The Mash Designer will allow you to build just about any type of mash schedule you can think of, from single infusion to triple decoctions. The Mash Designer is a complex tool (many of the equations were developed by us) yet simple to use. Every component of the mash is at your control, entries for both start and stop temps of rests for more accurate infusion and decoction amounts, a decoction calculator that takes the decoction thickness into account (how many times do you pull a decoction with a different consistency than the main mash? Quite a bit is our guess as this is the standard decoction practice) and more. And of course the Mash Designer allow you to graph your mash schedule, print them or save them as JPG image files.

The Mash Designer is also imbedded into recipes and brewing sessions, as the "Complex Mash Schedule".
