ProMash Tour

The ProMash tour is intended to quickly get you familiar with ProMash and the design philosophy behind it. It is not intended as a full tutorial (see the ProMash help tutorials in the software itself), but rather to demonstrate and explain broad concepts and feature sets found in ProMash.

ProMash is divided into four main sections, as illustrated below. Each section is grouped with it's own launch buttons from the main ProMash screen. Click on the images below for an expanded look at each particular section.

1 - Recipes
This is where you formulate your actual recipe. These recipes can be distributed from brewer to brewer without worrying about individual system specifics.
  2 - Brewing Sessions
Come brew day, move your recipe into a brewing session to apply all of your system specifics, track and record results from brewing to bottling (or kegging).

3 - Standalone Calculators
Use the stand-alone calculators for any individual brewing task. While most of the calculators are imbedded within the recipe or brew session screens, it's always nice to have these handy to do quick what-if's, convert units, figure dilutions, etc. There are over 15 stand-alone calculators, although a few (such as the refractometer tools) are available only through the main menu bar.

4 - Ingredient Databases
Add, Delete, Clone and Modify all of your brewing ingredients in the open databases. ProMash ships with hundreds of ingredients built in.
