I'm sure that this has been discussed before, but what adjustments do I need to make to my 10 gallon-sized recipes to scale up to a 10 bbl steam-jacketed kettle system? I'm mostly worried about the IBUs, as I know that the utilization goes way up. Can anyone offer their experience, and give me a place to start?
