The last field in the "Water Needed" calculator is for "Left in Other Equipment/Other Absorption", and I assume that this would be the proper place to account for any wort absorbed by using leaf hops.
Unfortunately, I don't know quite how to gauge this. Is there any general rule of thumb for the amount of wort absorbed per ounce of hops (or something like that)?
