It's really going to depend on a lot of things....Are the hops bagged? What form of hop (pellet hops absorb very little, but still some)? What type of drainage/straining system you have, etc.
Also, if the kettle deadspace exceeds what the hops would absorb, it is a moot entry and it is all taken into account in kettle deadspace.
So, you'll have to play around a bit with tweaking for your specific cirmunstance.
