The Vienna was Hugh Barid malting, the store didn't have the specs, and they are closed over the weekend.
We used the Vienna in a porter recipe with the following mash schedule:
133f 30 min
155f 45 min
158f 15 min
Est. OG 1.059, actual OG 1.042 FG 1.021


The was Munich Great Western malting we used it in an amber (I think I put 15% two row into this one, because I was so nervous.)
155f for 150 min
Est. OG 1.050, actual OG 1.042 FG 1.020

So you can see, what gravity we got, did not ferment well.
