ABSTRACT OF THE ACT OF PARLIAMENT.
BY JOSEPH LONG.
By authority of Parliament Hydrometers and Saccharometers of every description, made and sold by Joseph Long, 20, Little Tower Street, Manufacturer of the Patent Hydrometer, and Successor to the late Dicas & CO. J. LONG begs permission to offer to the Public a Saccharometer, on an intire new Principle, which, for simplicity and accuracy, will be found to exceed any other in use. It is constructed to shew the real quantity of Extract contained in a Barrel of Wort, by its own operation, without reference to Rules or Tables, and with only one weight. -DICAS'S improved Saccharometer simplified, for determining the Value of Malt, and regulating the Lengths. Thermometers, Floats, and all Instruments requisite for Brewers. |
